Rhino Recruitment is looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience in quality inspection within the manufacturing industry?  we have an exciting opportunity as a Quality Control Supervisor.

Role Summary:
As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting final quality inspections of our products, ensuring they meet all required standards before packaging and dispatch. You will work closely with the Head of Production and other departments to maintain and enhance quality across the entire supply chain. Your proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues will help us deliver exceptional products that reflect our brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect products at the end of the production line to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders, Production staff, and the Supply Chain team to trace root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collect and report data on internal and external non-conformance, identifying trends and developing measurable KPIs.
  • Contribute to packaging reviews, driving improvements to ensure products are presented in a manner that upholds our brand image.
  • Create quality alerts and visual aids to address detected quality issues throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Occasionally assist in resolving customer non-conformance issues, which may require travel.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in quality inspection, preferably within the furniture industry.
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, with a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physically fit and active, with the ability to challenge constructively and champion quality initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30000 to £34000

Expected hours: 40 per week
