Business Support Administrator & Receptionist – Caerphilly – Full-time – £26,500 – £28,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator & Receptionist to join a thriving office space provider in Caerphilly. This is a key front-of-house role supporting both visitors and internal operations, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, personable, and confident managing a range of business support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk reception duties and welcome visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
- Provide administrative support across departments
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings
- Assist with financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting
- Keep the office environment tidy, organised, and well-stocked
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Support with property and space management tasks as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to ad hoc business improvement initiatives
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experience in administration, reception, or office coordination
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Proactive self-starter able to work independently
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of business rates or property management (desirable, not essential)
