Business Support Administrator & Receptionist – Caerphilly – Full-time – £26,500 – £28,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Administrator & Receptionist to join a thriving office space provider in Caerphilly. This is a key front-of-house role supporting both visitors and internal operations, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, personable, and confident managing a range of business support tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk reception duties and welcome visitors professionally
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately
  • Provide administrative support across departments
  • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with financial transactions, invoicing, and reporting
  • Keep the office environment tidy, organised, and well-stocked
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support with property and space management tasks as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Contribute to ad hoc business improvement initiatives

 

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Experience in administration, reception, or office coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Proactive self-starter able to work independently
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Knowledge of business rates or property management (desirable, not essential)
