Sales Advisor – Barking and Dagenham – Self-Employed – Commission Only (OTE £80,000+)
Rhino Recruitment is seeking experienced Sales Advisors to join a trusted legal services team in Barking and Dagenham. This self-employed position offers uncapped commission with a realistic on-target earning (OTE) of over £80,000 per year.
About the Role
You'll be representing essential will-writing services to the public in high-footfall retail venues. This is a commission-only role with no cold calling or door-to-door sales. You’ll work from pre-booked locations and engage directly with the public.
Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-booked retail venues in Barking and Dagenham (within a 10-15 mile radius of your home)

Initiate conversations and engage passing customers

Identify customer needs and offer tailored will-writing solutions

Take payments and book legal appointments

Operate Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturdays required)

Maintain accurate sales records and liaise regularly with your regional manager

Set up and manage a branded stand to represent a trusted legal services provider
What We're Looking For

Proven face-to-face B2C sales experience

Confident, friendly, and professional communicator

Strong work ethic with a target-driven mindset

Full, valid UK driver’s licence and access to a reliable road-legal vehicle

Able to commit to shifts confirmed at least two weeks in advance

Self-motivated and punctual
