Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and deliver engaging marketing campaigns for networking events, brand promotion, and lead generation.
  • Oversee all visual and creative assets including digital design, video content, and print materials.
  • Manage and optimise our online presence across social media, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Collaborate closely with our outsourced marketing agency to execute larger-scale campaigns.
  • Maintain and support internal IT access (software, systems, security) with external provider assistance.
  • Champion brand consistency and storytelling across all channels.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong digital and design portfolio.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.

  • Comfortable with IT coordination and software access management.
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities.
  • Preferable: Experience in the renewable energy, solar, or EV battery sector.
