Pipe Fitter - Middlesbrough

Rhino Recruitment are hiring an experienced Pipe Fitter to join one of our trusted clients based in Middlesbrough.

Majority of work will be fab shop based, but a willingness to travel and complete site work across the UK will be required.

Previous pipe fitting experience in industrial or commercial environments essential – candidates must be confident with reading isometrics, prepping pipework, and working to tight tolerances.

Scope: Stainless and carbon steel pipework. Cutting, prepping, threading, bending, grooving and bolting. Ability to work alongside welders and understand welding specs.

• Fab shop hours: Basic 40 per week + overtime available.

• Site work: 10-hour days paid at 12.

Pay:
£23.37/hr + OT @ x1.4 & x1.8 (PAYE)

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering Services (Pipefitting) or equivalent

• Strong knowledge of industrial pipe systems

• Valid CCNSG safety passport (required for site work)

• Ability to read and interpret pipework drawings/isometrics

• Own basic hand tools preferred

• PPE – PROVIDED
