Residential Conveyancer – Hybrid or Fully Remote

💰 £40,000 - 45,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and a supportive team environment? Join a well-established, close-knit team of conveyancers managing a steady caseload with the opportunity to grow and develop.
About the Role
You'll handle your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion. With up to 70-80 files per caseload, you'll need to be a self-sufficient thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. While full training is provided, we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Managing the full conveyancing process for residential property transactions.
✅ Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.
✅ Conducting property searches and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
✅ Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors.
✅ Maintaining accurate records and managing case files using our in-house case management system.
✅ Ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently while meeting all legal obligations.
What We're Looking For:
✔ A minimum of 3 years experience in a residential conveyancing role.
✔ Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
✔ Excellent time management abilities to meet deadlines effectively.
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and stakeholders clearly.
✔ The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
