Sales Advisor – Reading – Self-Employed – Commission Only (OTE £80,000+)
Rhino Recruitment is seeking experienced Sales Advisors to join a trusted legal services team in Reading. This self-employed position offers uncapped commission with a realistic on-target earning (OTE) of over £80,000 per year.
About the Role
You'll be supporting customers in making crucial life decisions by offering Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney at highly discounted rates. Your work will help protect families' futures while generating high earning potential for you.
Key Responsibilities

Attend pre-booked retail locations in Reading (within a 10-15 mile radius of your home)

Engage with walk-by customers and start conversations

Promote legal services from a trusted law firm

Understand customer needs and make tailored recommendations

Book customers in for professional Will-writing consultations

Operate Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (Saturdays required)

Handle payments and report sales promptly

Commitment to adhering to company standards, reporting sales promptly, and checking in when on-site

Full, valid UK driver’s licence and access to a road-legal vehicle
