Nathan Joins Rhino as our New Labour Manager

From entering new sectors to opening additional offices across the country, it is safe to say that here at RhinoRecruitment.com, we have some big plans for the future. This is why we have defined a need to welcome new team members into the business.  

This week, we are delighted to introduce Nathan to our Cardiff HQ, joining the team as a Labour Manager. Below we fire a few questions at our latest recruit:  

Tell us about your professional background 

I have over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare sector, 2 years’ experience in healthcare recruitment and 4 years’ experience in resourcing internal and external staff members. 

What is your new role at Rhino and what does it entail?

My new role at Rhino Site Services is a Labour Manager role, offering support to sales consultants, delivering a first-class service and supplying a network of tradespeople nationwide.

Why have you chosen to join the Rhino team now?

I wanted to join a strong and professional company which offers more than any other recruitment company. I wanted to be able to utilise my skills and experience that can help Rhino Site Services grow further.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

When I am not in work, I am a Karate Instructor which I have been doing for 35 years, I teach both adults and children and have represented Wales in karate, have been 6 times Welsh champion and 4th Dan black belt. 

I also enjoy going to the gym keeping fit.
