Rhino Recruitment is seeking a Consultancy Department Admin Assistant to join an established team in Caerphilly.
This full-time, permanent role offers a great opportunity to work within the fire safety industry, supporting the smooth delivery of vital consultancy services. Based in Caerphilly (CF83 1AA), you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for fire risk assessments and consultancy services
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships
- Liaise across departments to coordinate service delivery and upselling opportunities
- Arrange and schedule site surveys and training courses
- Support subcontractor enquiries and job planning
- Book jobs and manage documentation using SimPRO
- Handle client queries by phone and shared inbox
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service efficiency
- Participate in on-site training provided by IT providers and colleagues

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to bespoke software (SimPRO & FCS)
