Receptionist – Cardiff – Full-time – £24,500
Rhino Recruitment is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join an established legal team in Cardiff. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a busy, multifaceted office environment with room for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
You'll play a central role in the smooth operation of the Cardiff office. Duties include:
- Greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Coordinating meetings, including catering and refreshments
- Providing general admin support across departments
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving documents
- Liaising with tradespeople and managing maintenance issues
- Creating digital and physical bundles using Adobe
- Supporting the Business Operations Manager as needed
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Comfortable working with clients and service providers in a professional setting
- Experience with case management systems is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
