Senior Quantity Surveyor – Caerphilly – Full-time – £60,000 to £70,000 DOE
Rhino Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established civil engineering and groundworks team in Caerphilly.
About the Role
This Senior Quantity Surveyor position is a great opportunity in Caerphilly for someone with strong groundworks experience looking to step into a senior commercial role. You’ll work alongside a highly experienced team with over 40 years of collective expertise, contributing to a range of civil engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee contracts and manage project budgets.
- Prepare tenders and estimates for new work.
- Procure and manage the supply chain.
- Conduct monthly valuations and applications for payment.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare cost/value reports.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Proven experience in groundworks (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with contractors and developers.
