Rhino Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Cavity Wall insulation Installers to work on an ongoing construction project in Cardiff. Work will be approximately 1 year in total.
The role will involve installing insulation and cavity barriers/fire stops behind brickwork, ensuring all works are completed correctly and to the required standards.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months
Rate: £17 - £20 per hour
The Role
- Installing and fixing insulation and cavity barriers/fire stops behind brickwork.
- Ensuring insulation and fire-stopping products are correctly positioned and securely fixed.
- Working in accordance with approved designs and manufacturers' requirements.
- Checking completed works to ensure there are no unacceptable gaps, defects or areas requiring remedial work.
- Taking photographs of completed works for quality assurance and project records.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience installing cavity wall insulation and/or cavity barriers/fire stops - essential.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and installation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to work independently and as part of a site team.
