Mechanical Chargehand – Milton Keynes
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Chargehand to lead a team on a live project in Milton Keynes. This role suits someone confident running day-to-day site activity, keeping work on programme, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities

Supervising mechanical operatives and coordinating daily tasks

Leading by example on health and safety standards

Reading and interpreting drawings and work schedules

Liaising with site management and other trades

Ensuring work is completed to specification and on time
Requirements

Strong background in mechanical installation work

Previous experience in a chargehand or supervisory role
-
Valid CSCS card (SSSTS or SMSTS preferred)

Good communication skills and a practical, hands-on approach
