Criminal Duty Solicitor – Cardiff – Full-time – £45,000–£48,000
Rhino Recruitment is seeking an experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor to join an established team in Cardiff.
This full-time role offers the chance to work within a growing criminal department, supporting clients across a range of matters at Magistrates Court while developing your own caseload and contributing to departmental growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in Magistrates Court proceedings
- Manage your own caseload of criminal files
- Deliver proactive, compassionate client care
- Maintain accurate billing, time-recording, and case reporting
- Support the department’s growth in a new geographical region
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience as a Criminal Solicitor
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness in legal billing and file management
