We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Labourers for a large-scale roofing maintenance project due to commence at the end of July in Cardiff.
The Role
As part of the site team, you will assist with roofing maintenance works, carrying out tasks including:
- Removing fixings from polycarbonate rooflights.
- Cleaning the work area using panel wipe.
- Cutting Effisus tape patches to the required size.
- Applying Effisus tape patches once the surface is prepared and dry.
- Assisting with general site duties as required.
- Carrying out indoor preparation work, such as cutting patches, during periods of rain or high winds.
The project involves approximately 16,000 tape patches and is expected to last up to 3 months, depending on crew size and productivity.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- Previous labouring or construction site experience preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Rate: £15 per hour
Start: End of July
Duration: At least 8 Weeks
