Rhino Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Duct Fitters and Duct Fitters Mates/Improvers for ongoing work on the construction of a large, state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Cardiff.

You will be working as part of the mechanical services team carrying out ductwork installation as part of a full HVAC installation within a new hospital development:
- Supply and extract ductwork installation.
- Installation of rectangular and circular duct systems.
- Fitting brackets, supports, and containment.
- Plant room ductwork installation.
- Working alongside HVAC engineers and insulation teams during system installation.
Rates:
- Duct Fitters: £23.50 per hour
- Duct Fitters Mates: £17 per hour
Duration: 12 Months+
Hours: 45 p/w
Start: Monday 2nd February
Requirements:
- Blue Skills Card with ventilation and duct installation qualification, preferably with a background in full ductwork installation projects.
- PPE:
- 5 point PPE (Hard hat, Hi Viz, Boots, Gloves, Glasses
- FFP3 Mask Cert
- Cat 5 Gloves (cut resistant)
- Employment references
- Own Tools:
- Basic duct installer hand tools (tape, spanners, duct cutting scissors, metal cutting saw).
- Mastic gun to accommodate 350ml cartridges.
- Cross line laser.
- Cordless drill (SDS and Combi).
- Riveter for 4.8mm rivets.
-Small Spirit Level.
