Rhino Recruitment are currently hiring a Multi-Skilled construction Operative for consistent, long-term work across South East Wales and surrounding areas, with the majority of projects based in Newport.
Location: South East Wales (Primarily Newport)
Rate: £15–£17 per hour (DOE)
Start Date: 02/03/2026
Duration: Ongoing – Rolling Contract
This is a mobile position involving travel between sites in a company work van. Duties will include:

Delivering and collecting materials

Removing and transporting waste from site

Assisting trades on site as required
-
Installing fencing
-
Using drills and hand tools for various tasks
-
General labouring duties
-
Internal and external works on void properties and apartments
This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working across multiple sites.
Requirements

Valid CSCS
-
Full, clean UK driving licence
-
Previous van driving experience
-
Own PPE
-
Employment reference
-
Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
