Rhino Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join a busy team in Taunton on a temporary basis. This role is offered on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs and performance.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing essential administrative support.
Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
Hours per week: 40
Duration: 3 Months minimum
Start Date: Depending on availability
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with general queries.
- Transferring calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Managing incoming and outgoing emails.
- Data entry and document processing.
- Ensuring the office remains organised and efficient.
- Filing, scanning, and organising documents (both digital and paper).
Requirements:
- Previous background in office administration.
- Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good phone etiquette and confident communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional and reliable approach to work.
