Job Title: Recruitment Administration Team Manager

We’re looking for an organised and confident Recruitment Administration Team Manager to lead our admin function and support a busy recruitment team.
This role suits someone who enjoys improving processes, supporting people, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll manage a small team of administrators and take an active role in resourcing candidates for high-volume roles. You’ll also ensure candidate onboarding, compliance, and placement documentation are completed accurately and on time.
You’ll work closely with recruitment consultants, finance, and senior leadership to ensure every placement moves through the system efficiently.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and supporting a team of recruitment administrators
- Managing workloads and making sure deadlines are met
- Resourcing candidates for high-volume roles through job boards, databases, and advertising
- Screening candidates and supporting shortlisting for consultants
- Overseeing candidate onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation
- Improving internal processes and administrative systems
- Supporting consultants with smooth placement and onboarding processes
- Ensuring records are accurate and audit ready
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing or supervising an administration or resourcing team
- Background in recruitment, staffing, or a fast-paced office environment
- Experience sourcing candidates for high-volume roles
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using CRM/ATS systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office
- A practical approach to problem solving and team leadership
