Overview
Our client based in Bristol is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of cladding and roofing projects, ensuring cost control, contract compliance, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
- Administer contracts (JCT / NEC) and variations
- Procure and manage roofing/cladding subcontract packages
- Prepare valuations, payments, and final accounts
- Identify risks and support project delivery
Requirements
- Experience in cladding, roofing, or external envelope
- Strong knowledge of JCT / NEC contracts
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Degree-qualified; MRICS via Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors desirable
