We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a valid SMSTS qualification and Telehandler licence for a state home refurbishment project in the Gower area of South Wales.
The project mainly involves top-floor refurbishment and roofing works. Duties will include:
- Day-to-day site management
- Coordinating roofers and other trades
- Operating the telehandler as required
- Maintaining site safety and programme schedules
- Ensuring works are completed to a high standard
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid Telehandler ticket
- Own PPE
- Employment References
This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable managing site operations while also supporting trades on site when needed.
