Rhino Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a Logistics/Facilities to support the day-to-day operation of mobile healthcare units.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines logistics, customer service, and vehicle management. You'll play a key role in ensuring each mobile unit is set up safely, maintained to a high standard, and ready to welcome visitors.

This role is an on-going role that offers 2 working days per week, 10 hours per day. Ideally the right candidate would need to be flexible, however, set days can potentially be arranged. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the mobile unit each day, including expanding the trailer and preparing medical equipment.
  • Complete daily health and safety checks, including water hygiene, interior and exterior inspections, and reporting any faults.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of the vehicle.
  • Liaise with site contacts before arriving and positioning the mobile unit.
  • Welcome visitors and act as the first point of contact throughout the day.
  • Respond to enquiries and direct visitors to the appropriate services.
  • Provide front desk and hospitality support when required.
  • Help ensure all vehicles are maintained and compliant with DVSA standards.
  • Keep the Logistics Manager informed of any issues, maintenance requirements, or developments.
  • Carry out any other duties appropriate to the role.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to health and safety.
  • Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Previous experience in logistics, facilities, customer service, or a similar role is desirable.
  • No HGV licence required.
