Job Title: Vacancy Manager
Location: Cardiff
Salary: up to £30k + Commission +Benefits
We’re looking for a proactive Vacancy Manager to take ownership of managing live roles and driving candidate delivery across the business.
This role focuses on coordinating vacancy flow, supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns, and ensuring consultants have a steady pipeline of suitable candidates. You’ll work closely with the resourcing and administration teams to keep vacancies moving and placements progressing smoothly.
It suits someone organised, commercially aware, and comfortable working at pace in a recruitment environment.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of live vacancies across key clients
- Prioritising roles and coordinating delivery with the resourcing team
- Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and projects
- Working closely with consultants to understand role requirements and timelines
- Screening and shortlisting candidates where required
- Monitoring vacancy progress and ensuring roles are filled efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records within the CRM/ATS system
- Identifying ways to improve candidate flow and vacancy turnaround times
What we’re looking for
- Experience working in recruitment, resourcing, or vacancy management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Experience supporting high-volume recruitment activity
- Confident communicator who can work closely with consultants and internal teams
- Comfortable using CRM/ATS systems, job boards, and candidate databases
- A practical and proactive approach to problem solving
- High level of experience using Excel, Word and other Microsoft office software.
