Rhino Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Working Foreman for a large-scale roofing maintenance project due to commence at the end of July. This project is within a large distribution centre in Cardiff.
As the Working Foreman, you will lead a small team of operatives while remaining hands-on throughout the project.
Duties include:
- Supervising labourers and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Removing fixings from polycarbonate rooflights.
- Cleaning the work area using panel wipe.
- Measuring, cutting and applying Effisus tape patches.
- Maintaining quality standards and productivity on site.
- Coordinating work around weather conditions, with indoor preparation work available during periods of rain or high winds.
The project involves approximately 16,000 tape patches and is expected to last up to 8-10 Weeks.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card (essential).
- SSSTS (Desirable)
- First Aid at Work qualification (essential).
- Previous experience as a Working Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Reliable with a proactive approach to health and safety.
Extra Details:
Rate: £200 per day
Start: End of July (exact date tbc)
Duration: 8 Weeks (possibly longer)
