As we move towards 2026, we’ve been looking back on the past year and how much has happened. It’s been busy, sometimes chaotic, but full of good moments. Plenty of work, plenty of laughs, and the usual mix of people dropping by the office with stories that end up carrying us through the week.
The team has grown in a way that feels natural. Tyler Martin joined us as our Permanent Recruitment Resourcer and slipped into things without fuss. Shaun O’Rourke stepped into his Account Manager role and brought the same spark he always has. The office has changed a little here and there, although the atmosphere hasn’t moved at all. The humour is still there from the first coffee to the last call of the day.

We also kicked off the Rhino Report this year on LinkedIn and our website. It’s turned into a place where we can talk openly about the work we do and share a few stories that don’t always make it into day-to-day conversations.
The Maltings has stayed home for us. The building has its own character, and you feel it the moment you walk in. People know us, and we know them. It adds something steady to the week.
Team spirit has stayed strong, which won’t surprise anyone who knows us. We look out for each other, keep things light when the days get long, and pull together when the rush hits.
Before everyone heads off for the break, we wanted to share a simple Christmas message.
